Dr O’Dell is the most empathetic and compassionate human, let alone veterinarian. He cares so much about his patients and their well being. All the staff we encountered were welcoming and caring. Thank you so much.

Brought my puppy here and was impressed, so I took my older dog here when he developed a limp. My older dog is very reactive at the vet, and every time I had taken him to his other vet, it was a huge hassle which left him more afraid of the vet and with more behavioral issues at home each time. The experience at Brandon Animal Hospital was totally different and much better. Dr. O'Dell was prepared for our appointment, communicated everything he was doing very clearly, and seemed to understand my dog's issues and did everything possible for the whole experience to go smoothly. I felt that he was very thorough in the exam and thoughtful about what my dog might need. This is the least stressed that me or my dog have ever been on Vet Day and I am so glad that my dog was able to be seen with so little turmoil. The office staff has also been very polite and friendly on both my visits here. The price was also better than I had anticipated. Thank you to everyone at Brandon Animal Hospital for being so patient and understanding with my difficult dog. It helped a lot.
