I brought my dog in for what I believe are minor health concerns after searching online for a walk-in veterinary clinic. Google listed your office as a walk-in location, but I didn’t find out that wasn’t the case until after I arrived. I had driven about 30 minutes already ….. What disappointed me most, however, was the customer service. Before I could even make it through the second set of doors, the receptionist greeted me with an unfriendly expression and an unwelcoming attitude. As someone who was simply trying to get information and help for my dog, I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Throughout our interaction, she continued to appear upset and unapproachable, which made an already stressful situation even more uncomfortable. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but a little kindness and compassion can make a huge difference, especially for pet owners who are worried about their animals.

My husband and myself can’t say enough about how wonderful the Doctor the staff everybody at this place is. We have been going here for the past five years very happy with their fees with the way they handle things or animals are always taken care of. I highly recommend North Roanoke Vet veterinary Hospital!!!!

Snow Seal

Went to speak with them about their services and such. The ladies were so wonderful! I received a lot of information and some costs. I think this will be a good fit for me and my dog. I like the fact too that one doctor will see my furbaby.
